- Mileage Allowance
- 200 miles per day. 500 Miles per weekend. 800 Miles per week. Excess mileage is charged at 15p per mile (including VAT).
- Deposit
- The deposit for all cars is £50 and £75 for all vans.
- Insurance Excess
- £500 on all cars, may be reduced to £75 at £5.00 per day.
- £750 on all vans, may be reduced to £200 at £10 per day.
- Additional driver rate is £2.35 per day.
- Weekend Hire
- From 3:00pm Friday to 9:00am Monday

- All rental charges include insurance and VAT. The lessor will only accept payment made by debit or credit cards.
- Rental charges do not cover the Insruance excess, which are £500.00 on all cars and £750.00 on all vans/minibuses. Authorisation for proof of excess may be required before hire is permitted.
- The insurance excess may be reduced by paying an additional collision damage walver (CDW). The CDW charges are £5.00 per day on all cars/£10.00 per day on all vans.
- Any uninsured damage to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer. This includes cigarette burns, damaged trim and upholstery and overhead damage.
- All rental vehicles have a mileage allowance. If the mileage allowance is exceeded there will be an additional excess mileage charge on the rental.
- Excess miles are charged at £0.15 including VAT per mile. The mileage allowance is 200 miles per day, 500 miles per weekend and 800 miles per week.
- All rental agreements state a return time, if this is exceeded, a full extra daily charge will be insurred and will be charged to the hirer. The hirer must notify the lessor if they are not able to return the vehicle on the agreed date or time.
- No rental vehicle can be taken outside The British Isles without the lessors consent. You must notify the lessor if you wish to take the rental vehicle abroad in order for the lessor to make the necessary insurance agreements. No rental vehicle can be taken to Ireland.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to any property carried in the vehicle during the rental period. We do not accept responsilby for any property left in the vehicle after it has been returned.
- Any person signing on behalf of a company must be authorised to do so, and if not so authorised will be personally liable to pay all sums due under this agreement to the extent that the company fails to pay them.
- All rental vehicles have age restrictions. No persons under 21 years of age are allowed to rent a vehicle. Persons between the ages of 21 and 25 years of age may be subject to an additional young persons surcharge of £4.11 per day due to insurance purposes.
- The rental vehicle may not be used for any hire in which the hire might gain the financial rewards.
- You are not allowed to carry out any repair work on the rental vehicle unless authorised to do so.
- All vehicles should be returned in a clean and tidy condition. The lessor reserves the right to add additional charges if a vehicle is returned in an
- unsatisfactory condition.
- All drivers must produce a valid drivers license or they will not be insured to drive the vehicle.
- Drivers under 23 years are limited to driving vehicles 1800cc and less.
- Out of Hours Charge: A vehicle can be collected the previous evening to the hire for the appropriate fee: from £15.00
